About Me

In 2020, my husband and I made the single biggest decision of our lives dead smack in the middle of a pandemic…we moved from New York to Texas.  In the days that came afterward, I experienced new challenges like never before.   After 25 years in leadership roles, experiencing challenges and disappointment during my corporate and ministry experiences, I realized I had no clue who I was or how to start a new chapter in my life.  Two of my adult children and grandbabies were 800 miles away, and what I had always known wasn’t going to work in this new life.   But I had no clue what to do next.  I felt stuck.

In the years that followed, I tried little things along the way, and they helped, but that feeling of being “stuck” just never went away until I began studying for my Bachelor’s degree and a professor introduced me to Coaching.  After taking her class and having experienced a tiny glimpse of what coaching could do for me, I knew this was not only the key to getting myself unstuck; it was my calling!  I began my education in coaching, and the rest is history.  

My life today is so incredibly different than it was the day I arrived in Texas.   That is why I am passionate about helping people discover the gifts locked inside of them and empowering them to use them to achieve things they never thought were possible: to live authentically and with purpose.  People have described me as easy to talk to, warm, inviting, and an encourager.  I believe that comes from my heart to see people set free from limiting beliefs and situations where they feel powerless in achieving their goals and dreams.  There is so much more out there, and the key to unlocking everything you need is inside of you!

These days, when I am not coaching, you can find me at home with my husband, youngest daughter, and three dogs, enjoying the pool and warm weather.  Our hobbies include traveling to see my two adult daughters and grandbabies and exploring all Texas has to offer.  I would one day love to travel the world!
